The Caesar Rodney "Rider" Marching Band is a member of the Tournament of Bands Marching Band Circuit (TOB)
Calendars & Schedules!
We are hosting 3 Spring Marching Band Camps for the upcoming season! These rehearsals will be on Thur. May 29, Wed. June 4, and Wed. June 11: 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the CRHS Band Room. All marching band members for the 25-26 school year are required to attend at least two of the three rehearsals. Failure to do so will result in their removal from the marching band. At these rehearsals, you will receive your music for the season, bond with your sections, and begin learning the important techniques needed to be successful in the CRMB!
Summer Rehearsals: Our instructional staff will hold additional rehearsals throughout the summer to refine technique and better prepare for the start of band camp (learning music, drill, etc). Students are expected to attend unless they are away or sick. These summer rehearsals are for percussion, woodwinds, brass, and color guard.
Band Camp: Band camp begins before school starts in August!
Fall Rehearsals: Rehearsals are from 6:00pm-9:00pm:
Monday - Guard,
Tuesday - Winds,
Wednesday - Percussion,
Thursday - FULL BAND.
We will also attend football games on Friday nights and marching band competitions through the Tournament of Bands and USBands circuits on Saturdays.
